In mere hours, billions will die. Innocent! Guilty! Strong! And weak! Honest and deceitful! ALL of them!
They will scream.They will burn. And for no purpose but that mighty Khorne may revel in their bloodshed! 
And united in this void of purpose, fear, or duty, we shall at long last be FREE!
BLOOD! FOR THE BLOOD GOD! SKULLS! FOR THE SKULL THRONE! LET THE GALAXY BURN!

Not really sure what kind of Inquisitor I'm going to play; I'd probably have to see the backstories before deciding in any kind of depth how I'd roleplay. Still, this quote from Voltaire might make a good launching point for an 'evil' inquisitor:

Evil Characters generally suck, its like a troll mode afterthought in Bioware games.. I'd rather be a ruthless cold calculating badass then "Evil" killing ppl for teh lulz... Then theres the goody to shoes that majority of people play, then they turn into mindless zombies deciding their choices based on the fact "It was the top right option" and they compliment and express the need for individuality and customization and choices that matter.... It's like geez dude your run has been played over a million times why would you even care?
