Does Charge insta-kill unprotected husks?

Also, if you take the radius evolution (or whatever it is called in ME2) does it kill 3 husks at a time?

Anything that "ragdolls" a husk should instakill it, including Charge.

You just have to make sure the armor is completely stripped, or else it will not ragdoll them.

It's always a good practice to damage Husk just slightly into their health to make sure there isn't any 'residual' armor to prevent instakills. If you play ME2 enough, tiny little things like that will happen every so often and mess up your otherwise clean runs.

Yeah the armor bar thing is really annoying.  Especially with Samara's Area Reave which leaves them with a fraction of armor but no bar showing.

I noticed that quite a bit, actually. I would "strip" some mech then bring up the power wheel to order Pull, only to find the option was not available.
