Love to kill:

Feynriel's slaver. My rogue FemHawke had the option to throw the murder-knife into his jugular, courtesy aggressive personality ... which is awesome. I literally made a save before and after that scene just so I could rewatch a few times.
I also love the ensuing dialogue with Feynriel where he calls you out on it, and Hawke takes the "direct" response.

The First (from DA:A). He was just really goofy and childish from start to finish.

Merrill (or "Terribl," as call her). Someone who legitimate buys the idea of priests blowing up (Varric's joke) is basically a retard, but I'm stuck with her because plot. Ironically, the only time she becomes likeable (even desirable) to me is when she's angry and stands up for her beliefs, as it's the only time she ever acts mature. So her character dies with some semblance of respectability on my "other" DA2 career. I only put up with her on my main run because I like/support her cause.
