Though there is a difference wether you're using it or someone else. 

Best on self: Claymore - the big PLOH! folowed by that bzzzz. Sounds just like it performs; Javelin - same only reverted, charge buzz first, tushhhhh after. 
I also like the detonation sound on the Scorpion. 
The Desciple souds like it fires two in one shots. 
Love the after shot chatter on the CSMG. 
GPS shots give me the chills when someone else is using it because of Hunterphobia, but it's awesome. 
Saber - absolutely fantastic sound. Same goes for Argus, and also Tempest and Locust sound nice. 
The Lancer sounds like it's ten times stronger than Harrier. (Read sounds fantastic and powerfull)

Hurricane sounds like a longest fart competition when used by someone else. 

For more bad sounding guns on/off me I would have to remind myself in game. But I'm sure you'll do the job before I get home

Claymore and Typhoon are great.

Nothing beats a tankbee'd missile though. The whistle sounds get me every time.

The AT-12 Raider is my favorite to hear myself shoot.

Best sounding guns:
Spitfire - just like a minigun
Claymore - BOOOM!
Venom Shotgun - you can just hear the staggering effect

Worst sounding guns:
Adas Anti-Synthetic Rifle - very underwhelming sound to a very underwhelming rifle
Collector Rifle - sounds as weak, as it is

Also great sound but gets some negative points because of Marauders. I almost clung myself to the ceiling like a freaked cat when, unaware, a teammate leaned it against my ear.

The Executioner has potential if it didn't sound like a rubber bullet spring gun.

The Crusader on myself, but when others use it, it sounds like one of those guns that shoots t-shirts out at sporting events. I also love the Saber's sound.

Worst has to be the Phaeston to me. Sounds like someone dropped a bunch of tin cans on the floor.

As much as I love the ADAS I have to agree with this. Claymore and executioner are the best sounding weapons

Best: Saber with Claymore and Typhoon being closely behind. Saber is the Barry White of weapons.
Worse: Adas is the worst, gives me a headache. Phaeston does sound like tin cans being drug down the street to me as well.

Not necessarily the best firing sound but the Graal when it hits an enemy is damn satisfying as well.

EDIT"  Tied for best animation on enemy hit:  Venom ragdolls and Kishock ragdolls.  Both epic.
