Hi!
The problem is:
1. I already have a PC DVD version of DA: Origins non-Steam installed on my PC.
2. Now I would like to purchase DA: Awakening in Steam but Steam does not allow me to do that, because it "requires ownership of 'Dragon Age: Origins'".
But I am already the owner of DA: Origins and I do not feel like paying money yet again for another copy of  DA: Origins Steam.
3. I've added DA: Origins to Steam as a Shortcut (Add Non-Steam games to My Library), but purchasing of DA: Awakening is still impossible.

Is there any way to purchase Steam version of Awakening for non-Steam version of Origins (without buying Steam version of Origins)?

IIRC you have to own the Steam version of DAO to purchase Awakening on Steam. You can however register your DAO CD key on Origin instead and purchase Awakening there.

You can, but it's probably cheaper on Steam. I'd try posting about this in the Steam Forums.
