N7 Valiant Replica...?

I have been looking for replicas of two weapons from Mass Effect. Sooner or later, I plan to take one or two to Comic Con and other such events. The first is the M8 Avenger, which seems to be sold out everywhere I look. If only I could have had the money when it was first released. The second one, which I still have not found anywhere on the internet, is the N7 Valiant Sniper Rifle. This rifle was included in the N7 weapons pack that came with the ME3 Collector's Edition, which I gladly bought. Personally, I think it is the best looking sniper rifle, maybe even the best looking rifle in general, in any Science Fiction game I've ever played. I would absolutely lose my mind if I could get a life-size replica of this weapon.

So, why has no one made this one? I've seen the Mantis, Viper, and the Incisor made into life-size models, but not this one. What I want to know is this: Is anyone out there that may be reading this planning to make this? Is there anyone who is willing to make this? And more importantly, how much would something like this, a custom job, cost in terms of US dollars?

Since I have absolutely no idea where to start when it comes to making replica weapons or anything else like that, I am forced to turn to places like this to ask around for anyone who does. This is a legitimate offer. It will be some time before I would be able to actually pay for something like this, so speed doesn't really matter.
