Although I am not an expert on computers, make sure you get a very good PSU. Stay away from the cheap psus with high total Ws for its price range, and buy a psu from a reputable brand.

Except for the fact that the comparison is laughable at best. One party as yet to prove he can do anything of note except talking crap behind people's back for no apparent reason.

The SSD.

Since the SSD is smaller but faster, you want to put the stuff you use the most on it to get the biggest advantage from the quicker loading times.

The OS will almost always we the #1 used program, with the preferred internet browser #2.

Generally, good recommendations except for the OS.  Windows 7 is much better.  If you are going for Windows 8, then go for the Pro version.  The Pro version license can be swapped for Windows 7 license while the vanilla version cannot (this is a little known fact).

One thing to bear in mind if you build your own desktop is that if you don't install Windows with the computer connected to your internet, you'll have to "activate" it separately, or it will lock you out of your system after 30 days.

OS AND ME3 should be installed on ssd
I recommend to unplug HDD while installing windows as well, at least 7 will create some boot sectors on hdd otherwise ahaik.

Also $1900 is a bit excessive if you're only going to use it for a "few" games.
