Just finished my first runthrough of the game, needless to say im dying to play through the DLC. I've purchased Witch hunt and Awakening so far, but when i choose a new game i have no options to start in DLC or import my character. The DLC shows up as purchased on the DLC screen and when i follow the instructions it gives to enter the DLC, nothing happens. It just starts a brand new Origins Quest from the ground up.
Ive tried uninstalling and redownloading and installing, still nothing. The game itself worked great so i havent tried to reinstall that yet. The ONLY response ive found looking through several forums about this is that the hard copy of the game comes with an "awakening" disc i guess? and if you were to use that disc it would trigger DLC once youve killed the archdemon? I bought my copy of the game digitally so this option isnt available to me.
Any advice from other 360 users? i want to move on to DA2 but i cant until i finish all this DLC! Please help!

The dlc is better than da2 anyways... even da2s dlc are better than da2. But from the point when you have downloaded, whenever you start the game there should be two long processes of loading. 1. Loading your save data. 2. It should download the downloadable content. After which, when you start and click to start a new game (if you've downloaded at least one of the following: Leliana's Song, Darkspawn Chronicles, Awakening, Golems of Amgarrak, and Witch Hunt) it should give you an option between starting a new Dragon Age Origins profile, or a new profile with one of the things that I listed. If it starts you off with Duncan's introduction to darkspawn. Then something is wrong. And I recommend checking your memory storage, and making sure that you're using the same memory storage during the game, as where the dlc is downloaded to.

Solved.
When i started tinkering around with save files and such i found that while DA:O was fine all the DLC i downloaded was either incomplete or corrupt? Each file instead of having a thumbnail of dragon age next to it had a yellow exclamation point. And you could only see this if you when into the storage devices all the way to the screen where you can edit saved games. so i deleted the files manually and redownloaded them and it works fine now. Apparently the game wouldnt solve this automatically so I guess i just had to go in the files manually. http://support.xbox....nloaded-content had helpful nsight to make sure i didnt mess anything up too.
