I use to know this one when i played it years ago on my xbox. I love the game so much I'm playing the PC version. I can't remember the change of slow in the grandmaster slow rune. Does anyone have the percentage?

I'm planning on using winterforge and adding this to a backup bow for a sword and shield warrior. I use to play this game on xbox and now I'm really enjoying the PC version with the winterforge mod.
