I'm using four textures along a rocky section of my level. However, I'm getting these really bad lines appearing. You can see by the presence of Jimmy the Texture boy how large and noticeable they are:

How can I get rid of these lines? I've tried using the smooth texture and relax map tools and I've tried using the chunk manager and changing the blend size. They move these lines around a bit, but they don't remove them or make them any less noticeable.

I think those only show up in the level editor, not in-game.

they show up ingame. some levels bio made also suffer from this^^ you can avoid them by increasing the UVTile of the texture itself and/or the resolution of the texel map of the chunk (chunk management tool).

in your situation increasing the UVTile will result in better quality and your problem should gone. the texture in your screen looks way too blurry - left click your texture in the material editor and within the object inspector change the uvtiling to something bigger. most textures are ranging from 8 - 24 ;)

It looks like your terrain mesh is badly deformed at that spot. You may want to try smoothing it out. There is also the "Relax Map" tool which is like the smooth tool but only affects textures. Also do what Semper said regarding the UVTile setting. That probably won't fix the glitch, but they will look a lot less blurry.
