I haven't done any pc gaming for a while but do have a game I want to pick up but my laptop doesn't meet the minimum processor requirements.

Does anyone know if I would still be able to run the game?

It's not an fps so if it ran a bit slow I think it would be fine.

We can't really tell you unless we know both the game you're trying to play as well as the CPU that you have.

As long as it is not an AMD E1, it should be fine.

The game is Might & Magic X - Legacy.

The minimum cpu required is Intel Core 2 Duo E7300 @ 2.6 GHz or AMD Athlon 64 X2 5200+ @ 2.7 GHz

I have Intel® Core™ i7-3537U CPU @ 2.00GHz

I did a check on systemrequirementslab.com and apparently it's just the cpu requirement that is lacking.

Graphics are rasterized using a GPU. Games are mostly GPU based. Might be in trouble if the game requires non graphic operations at a certain range of velocity

According to  http://www.cpubenchmark.net/ your CPU is actually better than an Core 2 Duo E7300, you should be fine.
