 Hi there, I've been trying to purchase DLC for Mass Effect 3 but for some reason when I click on the purchase for PC button, nothing loads. I bought bioware points from the main EA webpage hoping that would fix the problem but still no joy. The page that comfirmed my purchase on the main EA origins page says that I can use Bioware points for Mass effect 2 DLC but didn't mention Mass effect 3. 

Does that mean I can't use them? (If so, I would like a refund or an exchange). EDIT: The BW points do show up on my account, so I guess that means that theyre valid.

Also, the problem occurs when I click on the PC button, nothing happens.

Ok guys, I figured out how to fix the problem (for those that might be experiencing it). Rather than purchasing DLC from the Bioware page, I purchased mine from my origins account page by clicking on the game and clicking on the 'I' (information) symbol and scrolling down to the list of DLC available for the game. The Bioware points that I purchased from the EA Origins website were valid.
