Well i should have know it would not be so easy. Tried installing it and it installed to about 96% without a problem then it stuck at installing PhysX. I left it for a bit and it seemed to finish installing.
But now if i try starting the game i get the following message "Failed to initialise the physics system. Please ensure you have an updated version of the PhysXsystem software installed
Any ideas what the problem is now ?
Thanks
PhysX System software

You were running the PhysX-version that comes with ME2? Were you running it during ME2's setup, or afterwards?
I'd suggest uninstalling that PhysX-version and reinstall it, otherwise. I encountered that error on startup of ME2 myself, although setup didn't throw a fit for me. You could try what I outlined in the following thread.

Thanks Chashan I found a solution which was to install it on a old PC that had a NVIDIA vidoe card and it works fine. Not an ideal solution but it works.
