I asked this on the ME2 forum, but not many people visit there, so I'll ask here: what do you have to do to get Legion to dance? Is it just random, or is there something that triggers it?

You gotta wait. Sometimes it'll never happen, and so, you just have to come back later. It's funny though, but it's random.

I keep catching the NPC's on the Normandy doing the "Ah yes, Reapers" motion out of the corner of my eye. Then I stare at them and they refuse to do it again.
