I have registered ME for PC and downloaded/installed with no problems. The DLC activation code worked fine, and the DLC is in its folder within the ME dir. but for some reason, Asgard doesn't show on my galaxy map within the Exodus Cluster - does anyone know what I have to do to get started? Thanks in advance.

I just got a new computer and I'm having trouble downloading BDtS. My BDtS code isn't taking for some reason, and I know it's the right one 'cause I used it on my old computer fine. Very frustrating.

How far in the game are you, all DLC must be completed before going to Ilos.

I haven't been to Feros, Noveria or Virmire yet, let alone Ilos. Apparently the DLC is playable as soon as Shep has access to the galaxy map.

Hmmm... nothing in Downloadable Content from the Main Menu at all.
I registered my ME game with the key I have - got the key for BDtS - downloaded and installed BDtS using its own key - it created or used the DLC folder within the game's install directory which now looks like:
C:\\Program Files\\Mass Effect\\DLC\\DLC_UNC
which has inside it:
CookedPC
Movies
BIOCredits_DLC_UNC
DLC_UNC
CookedPC contains:
Maps
Packages
BIOC_BaseDLC_UNC.u
PlotManagerDLC.u
Movies contains:
DLC_UNC_Ending
DLC_UNC_Opening
I am at a loss here.

Hmm... did you install the DLC before creating that profile or after you already started the game? (shouldn't matter, I installed mid-way, but just curious).
Also, try re-installing the DLC and make sure you have the latest patches (1.02) of ME.

I have a hard time getting the DLC's working for ME2. It says something about the Cerberus network, Do you need the Cerberus network before the DLC's will work ??..
