I'm more concerned with my old ME1 cast than any of the new characters, that said, Garrus and Tali will have an advantage when I'm choosing who to be in my squad. (Though I'd either have to switch to biotic; or just go without one.)

After watching some guy play ME2 for like 5 hours today, I'm much more interested in Jack/Suze. Before watching it, I though Mordin would be the one most interested in, but now he's back in the number 2 slot.

Mordin smiling in that video and apparently he's a singer, wow! Sounds like a funny guy, really curious about that one. Then Miranda. I'd like to see if it's possible to make her like Shepard. Not necessarily as a LI, but as a friend getting her to open her eyes and understand Shepard's goals/methods/morality and how that may affect her loyalty to TIM.

I'm going to take an interesting tack and state that Shepherd is the one character I'm most interested in above all others: His story, As it were, Was only really given lip-service in ME1 and, Given this act is darker and more emotionally intense, It's my sincere hope that more of his background and history is revealed, This time around...Perhaps through interactions with the other characters, Or perhaps through revisiting a place from his past.



I thought, At one point, In ME1, That there might have been some more info about Shepherd's past, If you went the "Sole Survivor" route, In a side-mission involving a hostage scientist who performed experiments on Akuze and it turned out that Shep actually knew the soldier who had taken the scientist hostage, From his time on Akuze, But it never really went anywhere from there.



Oh well, 5 days to go and I guess I'll find out...In the mean time, However, Here's to hoping!

Miranda - I love Yvonne’s voice acting, and basically a character I usually like
Samara - Biotic murderer, can it get much better?
Grunt - Young, stupid and Krogarn, pure kick-a**!
and Subject Zero will probably also be an interesting character.

But mostly Miranda, but I hate one little thing...
She stole my PC name....

how I "like" them? I really don't care if they are excellent in battle. All
I want is the team-spirit

No. I have the same predilection. Unless of course it's very clear that I can't get through a mission without a character I wouldn't ordinarily pick.  I.e. I'm doubtful Grunt will be a good choice for the "stealthy" approach.
