Enough to magically make the largest voting bloc in the conclave vote against their head member and what they stand for?

I doubt it.

No, but someone like Lambard could have caused it, instead of the divine.

They have much better standarts than patients in mental institution... from that i have seen they have better conditions than arl eamon... outisde freedom they have kings life great food and living conditions much better than most of thedas... they bit*** about nothing

It's an interesting point, however I don't entirely agree.

So you in prison but that's okay because you have nice food and a nice bed.

You're not allowed to see the outside world.

You have to stay indoors all the time and get bullied by authorities.

People make that exact same argument about real life prisons.

It's an argument often made by people with no experience of what it's like to be behind bars.

Freedom sadly is something that is greatly underrated.

I'm not arguing that all prisoners should be released.

I'm just saying that prison isn't a pleasant environment due to the lack of freedom and inability to fully interact with the outside world.

I sincerely hope that Lambert and the Divine still breathe. The Divine can be of great use to the mages, nary a more powerful ally to call upon. Lambert can also be of great use to the mages.

I am the Divine, after all.

Don't almighty push me, that's not nice :(  I'd rather you almighty push elves and mages off a cliff before you do it to me.

How about we almighty push Tallis off a cliff? y/y?

I do indeed hope both of them alive as well, just for very differing reasons.

I'm sure Justinia is still alive, Lambert on the other hand, I think the chances are slim -- but even so, I'd prefer him living.

And i'd agree to doing it Tallis first...She is an abomination in the eyes of God.

I wonder how you'll be able to do all those things when you are, you know, kind of dead .

Tallis is a remarkable elven specimen whom I was absolutely thrilled with letting skimper off to an enemy faction carrying pertinent information.

I swear if this protagonist is any more like Hawke outside of killing sh*t I will cry.

Well considering what will they meet outside and that they have and live in better conditions than most of thedas...

Even average class in orlais live worse and is treated worse than mages...

Mages have standarts better than prisons in current times.

Lets be honest you can be abused even now in every step just but peoples prefer live in illusion , policeman can kick your a** without consequences unless someone will record that to be honest such actions by police aren't only often ignored but also accepted in police to make you confess that you are guilty.

Technology can change , system also but peoples don't...

You don't have real freedom in our times either if you do something that nation won't like they will punish you and country have thousands requirements just because you live in it.Try kill yourself you can't (unless you succeed) they will lock you for doing that and much more...

So circle is better place for mages than current prisons...

Oh yes, lol quite a lot on these forums :P
Do you think Lambert is still alive? I know the phrase "look into my eyes" has killed everyone else, I can't imagine him not in DA:I, though. Since he has such a huge part, you know?

On the fence, to be honest. What a reader considers to be explicit and what the author considers to be explicit often enough have little to do with each other. Gaider could go either way. He could say "This is Bond style poetic justice, catch phrase and all", or he could say "You didn't see a body".

I don't think Lambert, or any of the novel characters, is critical for inclusion in DA:I, but they would be convenient shorthand for those who are familiar with the book.

My personal preference is for him to be alive. I would like to see the story develop with the Seekers having been hamstrung by their leadership rather than incompetent or derelict in their duty, and, in the end, allowing them to clean house themselves rather than have some external force do it. Just seems more fitting to me, and allows a better development of the organization, wherever it goes from here.

But why should a religious zealot like Lamberd help the heretics? At least that is Lamberds point of view. He despises mages because of what happened in Tevinter.

Why would Insane Fanatics accept the help of a Seeker if he even offered it?

._. It's Emmisary of Lies Elu.

What do you think he would want do with Lambert? Reinstate him as head of the Seekers to safeguard the circle against corruption?

And speaking of generalizations...You really have no bridge to walk on when it comes to that account.

Yes because killing someone who intends to imprison, murder or lobotimize you, with the latter two being the more likely scenario is "bs". Whatever floats your boat.

If not having to murder him. The mages could sit him down and inform him of the error of his ways. Pat him on the back and send him on his journey. It would be therapeutic for the mages. Teaching them that love, kindness and forgiveness is the only true way to win.

I really wasn't proven wrong via my "generalization" huh? Big surprise.

Honestly call it generalization all you like, its about 90% of the time accurate to a t.
