I doubt it will. Howewer, if it will end in DAI, I'm sure a lot of people will be disappointed by the outcome. The issue might still be here, unless the timeskip is for centuries.
But I disagree with your opinion. I think at least the next one after DAI will be present i the Dragon Age.

That is what most people exspect.

I thought even the underlined was frowned upon.  They seem to look the other way at relationships, depending upon the Circle, but I thought that even relationships were a no-no, due to the risk it could have producing mage children.  And I am really confused at the children part; I thought the last thing they wanted was more mage kids...?

They enforce birth control. And relationships only happen, if they are not against it.

As far as I remember they had some sort of magical contraception, which to me indicates that they are not against some snu-snu.

You missed the sarcasm on purpose, didn't you? ;)

I guess it's possible, since both versions of it emerged in difficult situation, with the goal of restore order. Can't say I'm a fan of it.
And I guess it means our merry protagonist will disappear again. I'm all set to see the rage in the forum once again.

Yep, The Warden, Hawke and the Inquisitor will elope through the Eluvian to a place far beyond the sea. Where they will eat marshmallows and gumdrops and debate the efficacy of the Croissant.

Frowned upon isn't the same as forbidden, though to some it's close enough. There is a difference here, though, and while I'm certain some Templars would like to prevent relationships, they've also generally resigned themselves to it. Where there are horny adults and even hornier teenagers, love (or at least lust) will find a way.

As for mage children, the evident answer there is that while they might not want more mage kids, they aren't willing to prevent them from being born either. No evidence of mandatory sterilizations, forced abortions, or simple strict gender segregation. If they wanted to, after all, they could simply just divide the mages into 'male' and 'female' towers and never let the opportunity arise in the first place.

If it disappoints the Pro-Mage and Pro-Templar crowd then I'll be happy

Yeah, I knew about the existence of magical birth control, given Wynne's mention of it.  I just thought that relationships weren't okay.

Well, now I know!   :wizard:

And now I have a mental image of a Sex Education and Spells class in my head at the Circle.  My inner Isabela is apparently hyper today.

Okay, talking in the third person as your God personality makes you sound like a moron.  You're not a moron Z.  Knock it off. ;)

I like to think my Hawke and Fenris are off somewhere with their adopted children...

My advice is that you shouldn't overlook anything: last time you did it didn't go well for you .

I'm glad to be mainly on the pro Inquisitor side. So long as my group comes out victorious I'm satisfied.

I think it's very logical that young mages would get some sex education from enchanters.

Was it magical? The first condoms were 12-15,000 years ago. There have also been condoms from lamb or pig intestines. Thedas has nugs. They can make do.

That's without considering other forms of contraception- the Romans hunted one plant to extinction it was so effective.

It depends on how Bioware will end the war and the outcome it'll pick. Regardless of the outcome someone will rage though.

I'd like to believe that it's something magical.

You just don't want 'Nug Condom' to be the next edition of vendor trash.

Or a scavenger quest item.

My thoughts exactly. I'm sure the Circles prefer the magical methods, since I imagine they would be less messy (and perhaps more effective,) but I'm sure there are more ordinary means as well.

This is a bit of a weird night.  I'm talking about magical conception in the Robe v Skirt thread.  I gotta admit, I dig the random branches this conversation has taken this evening.

Oh, yes, especially if it's fresh. All-natural lubricant and all that.
