Who's arguing ageints that? I'm saying he used knowledge to do want he did, not his own personal magical power. Any one skilled enough can make the same bomb with out being a mage. Heck, It could easily of been an angry elf upset at the chantry or city.General TSAR wrote...

Actually, said-"demon" was a benevolent spirit of justice who only became the "blood lustful" Vengeance after it was exposed to Ander's pent-up anger against the mage-templar structure. Just so that's clear.General TSAR wrote...

You mean the links I put up and the fact we through out da can make bomb that blow up with any element and reaction we want is not proof? So we can't make bombs that shot spirit magic, ice, magic or lighting magic with out having to be a mage?General TSAR wrote...

And you know this how?[/quote]Because that is how alchemy works in the series...In fact how do you even store magic from mages in dragon age? We don't even have that? How would it even be applied to the bomb that way?

Never established, so you can't prove he made the leap between the transitonary Vengence to a demon. Plus much as how Anders can test the Templar for possession if Justice had fully become a demon he would have tried to defend himself from the murder knife, if you chose to do so.

Now then, tell me how Ander's or any mage can put there magic in an item or bomb.

Then you clearly not listening to me. I never said there was not magical catalyst. I just said that magical catalyst was not Ander's or his powers. The catalyst of the bomb is from an item that has magic in it already.General TSAR wrote...
Also I don't deny that making a bomb in DA is possible with Alchemy, I'm denying your nonsense that there wasn't a magical catalyst namely from Che that caused a fertilizer bomb to become a church wrecker and gravity denier.

It's based on whether Ander's use of the bomb in Kirkwall is an example of the miss use of mage powers or knowledge of magical matertials. If the former, it means mages can blow up cities with their power, if the latter, anyone with the knowledge and skill to make use of the material Ander's used to make the bomb can blow up cities, mage or not.Starsyn wrote...
Again, what does this have to do with uneven representation of both sides of the Mage/Templar conflict?

Wrong. Those doors don't hold power, they just have power channeled in to them like mage staffs. Those door also can be open by templars.General TSAR wrote...

You don't even have proof or an explination to how Ander's power can even supply much less be used as an element for the bomb. There is not even anything in the lore that even say how to do that, yet you say what I say is baseless. I think you need to check your foundation more them mine before saying I'm wrong.General TSAR wrote...
Typical and you still can't even provide a good argument for the magnitude of the Kirkwall wrecker citing actual evidence and not head canon'd nonsense.

Dude, there is not in the lore that even have a catalyst made form a mages power. Nothing. You keep saying it need it but you can't say how it's made or when it was even shown to be possible to be made form a mages power.Unless you can point out where it was shown to be possible and where it was used your point is a raft up a creek with no paddle.General TSAR wrote...
Exactly, there's nothing in the lore to suggest that a bomb made completely from Alchemy without a magical catalyst from a Mage is capable of the level of destruction and other properties the Kirkwall bomb exhibited.
Nice to see all that wall smashing finally paid off.
