I kinda realize it's probably pointless to ask, but is there any way to do it? I'm assuming no but at the same time have a little hope that it is possible.

I recall a few people were able to get their commendation packs to carry over if their platform user ids were linked to the same bioware/ea profile. That would net you a bunch of black cards if that were still possible.

I think it was possible at one point. A few of the early switchers were showing up in lobbies with hurricane V or similarly ranked guns. How can you be positive it wasn't done? Not that easy to prove a negative; frequently such surity is the result of the Dunning Kruger Effect.
