Harrier GI is a lot of fun - for me anyhow. Same build is great for shotguns, pistols and SMGs

On wide open maps...Hurricane GI.
The good news? You can always bring both.

I save the Javelin for the Cabal and her infinite range Hunter Mode.

And faction-dependent.  I think Piranha GI is still the best on most maps and against most factions, but I don't know that I'd want to use it on Condor or Hydra.
