Hey, I just started watching Arrow on Netflix. I think it's a great series. I'm still on season one, just how far along is it?

Currently, the series is up to it's 14th episode of Season 3. I think the first season has up to 26 episodes. Same with the second.

Also, new trailer for the next episode is up on Youtube:

As awesome as that scene was, the fact that they didn't bring up the Lazarus Pits as a means of revival for Oliver is pretty disappointing. I mean, the guy got stabbed, fell down a cliff, and was left there to die in some ****** cold weather… and he survives. I don't know whether I should see that as a testament to his badassery or an example of bad writing. Perhaps both, I guess?

I think the reason why they can't mention the Lazarus Pit is because Season 3 of Arrow seems revolve around Sarah Lance's death and Nyssa wanting justice for her murder. If Ra's Al Ghul has access to something that can bring the dead back to life then why hasn't Nyssa brought Sarah's corpse back to Nanda Parbat and brought her lover back to life. The Lazarus Pit and it's existence represents a plot hole for Arrow Season 3.

This is the weakest season In terms of plot progression and character development. Seeing Manu Bennett again, and Matt Nable as Ra's are the only worthwhile highlights of the season.

I agree. I still watch and enjoy it but Season 3 of Arrow just hasn't managed to impress me as much as Seasons1 and 2 did. To me, every single episode of 'The Flash' has been consistently better than Arrow this season.

Here, here. I'm more interested in what happens in The Flash than The Arrow. The Flash seems like a textbook guide on how to do a superhero show right.

I love the Arrow, season 2 was the best imo. I still have a lot of catching up to do with the latest episodes, but the season so far has been meh compared to the previous ones.

I just started watching The Flash, so far I'm liking what I'm seeing and its doing pretty good, but I'm not as hyped as I was in Arrow during its first season.

Also I heard a Supergirl is in the works, would they be having a tie in with Flash/Arrow series? I really hope so. I love Supergirl! :D

There's also suppose to be another Flash/Arrow spin-off in the works, one that perhaps centers on team-ups or perhaps a Justice League series. Could be an anthology series for all we know. That it might include three "major" DC super-heroes that have never appeared in a TV show before piques my interest. Here's hoping that turns out to be the case.

You can read about it here.

I feel like three shows going on simultaneously crosses the line into "too much".

Never mind the potential "Brave and the Bold" show that's coming up.

There's also a Teen Titans show in the works (Just called Titans) but I think that's going to be its own universe.

I'd be happy with a good Batman show, but that's unlikely to ever happen.

Ever notice how in season 1, Oliver says, "After 5 years on a hellish island..." But now that we know he's been else where, they changed it to, "After five years in hell...". Or maybe I just observe too much.

It'll be 4.

The upcoming Vixen animated series is in continuity.

I adore Caity Lotz on the show (I met her at a Comic-Con last year and got an autographed still of her as Canary; the wait was an hour and a half inline, but it was worth it, she's really cool and someone I wouldn't mind hanging out with).

That said, I can't bring myself to watch the 2nd season because of Deathstroke. I'm sure he's fine on the show, but everything I know of Slade Wilson on the show (even back from season 1) concerns me. They changed so much of Deathstroke's backstory and MO (complete and total background changes, not just changes made for adapting a comic to a TV show), why not just make him an original character? He's one of my favorite characters from DC, and I can't help but feel I'll hate him in season 2.

I'm not really happy with S3 so far. It was nice seeing Slade again, but his "return" wasn't exactly what I'd hoped for. I do like the addition of Ray Palmer, though. All in all it's got nothing on Flash, which has probably the strongest first season of all CBTV shows so far.

We'll see what the rest of the season will bring, maybe it'll get better. And if not there are always options...

Now THAT was arguably the best Arrow episode yet. And I really like how Roy's story came full circle here. Definitely want to see more of that. Let's hope the rest of the season follows suit.

Exactly. For a while the writers had me worried about where they were going with his character, but him taking the initiative and that little speech he gave to Olie put me at ease. Roy became a man. Episode also cemented my I like for the actor they chose for Ra's al Ghul.

Also, i hope the writers avoids anything dealing with Roy beating dead cats in the future. Just terrible.

Hey hey.

Roy was defending the dead cats from crack addicts because he was high as a kite.

All while his zombie ghost daughter was telling him to score some "China Cat"

As of now, it's pretty good. But it definitely takes a long time to get to that point.

Another thing:

I know!!!

I may start watching the series just to see Matt Ryan play Constantine again.

Or at least if Constantine actually gets brought back...
