I assume putting multiplayer armours into singleplayer is not possible based on the fact there aren't any projects involving them.
Out of curiosity, can someone explain why it isn't possible.
Why MP amours are not possible

It's theoretically possible if you meshmod but most likely beyond the skillset of many as you'd need to alter the textures quite some. Mulltiplayer armor gets it's colour off tintmaps, it's how it's colour is manipulated when you customize. Normally full armor sets have a diffuse they take their colour off, means aside from changes no doubt having to be made to the specmap, you'd also need to alter the diffuse which makes it a job for a modder that knows how to both meshmod and texture mod.
The mesh itself isn't that much work comparatively, it's the textures that take time and require a certain level of knowledge. Personally I'd have to feel passionate about a request to consider taking one on simply because of the timesink and me having a lot to do as it is.
You could try requesting a specific armor port though either the bsn or the nexus request forums for ME3 and see if someone would be willing to pick it up.

Yeah I guessed that skill and time would be the reasons and from someone who has zero modding experience it is hard to appreciate just how much work goes into mods, espeacially for a game not designed for it.
I had also wondered the same question about even cerberus armours, mass effect is so popular it just seems like someone would have, as you said, been passionate enough to attemp it by now. Having said that I'm sure people have tried and been unsuccessful but the community is quite skilled so it still makes me think there must be some roadblock somewhere along the process.
