During the dream sequences I heard him say (at least I think it was him):

"One day there will be payback for all that my people suffered. One of us will see that day."

and in another dream:

"I know how this will end but I will not back down. I can't. Face me in single combat, Shepard. Let me die with honor."

When does he actually say that stuff? Sounds like something he'd say before you kill him on Virmire (which I did) but I replayed that scene specifically to find these lines and I didn't get them. Anyone hear him say them in their game?

I think he says that in his death scene in Mass Effect 3.

I'm just educated guessing. I have yet to kill off Wrex and never plan to.

Yep, the video seems to show all possible options. Has anyone actually heard those lines? I would imagine they gotta be from ME1, since Wrex didn't make it past Virmire in my playthrough and I still got them in the dream.

He never says it. I've had the same dream scene dialogue. I killed Wrex on Virmire. You can shrug it off as just being a dream and something that likely was going through Wrex's mind when he pulled a weapon on Shepard. He knew he could never stop the base from being destroyed even if he managed to kill Shepard because Shepard's crew and/or Kirrahe's would immediately shoot him. His pride made him feel obligated to try.

Both those lines do appear, but they're never actually spoken by Wrex as far as I know. They're damn emotive though.

These lines seem like they're post-Wrex death already. I don't think Wrex says any of this in any of the games when he is alive.

I HATE this quote. It severely devalues Wrex and makes him sound like a *****. ME1 handled this waaaay better where he only loses because he's sneak attacked or hesitates and Shepard shoots first. In ME3 he's practically saying Shepard has made him his(or her...) biatch, like he fears him. Wrex SHOULD NOT be doing this.


Also, THE LINES ARE FROM WHEN WREX GETS BETRAYED BY FAKING THE GENOPHAGE CURE AND CONFRONTS SHEPARD ON THE CITADEL!

I thought more people would know this by now.

Umm... No. They're not. As I said, I got the same lines and killed Wrex on Virmire. Wrex never says those lines in any game.

Maybe it's cut dialogue from ME1, not ME3?

It would be great if people actually read previous replies. As I stated twice, Wrex doesn't ever actually say it. For me he died in ME1 and no option on Virmire gets him to say those lines but I still got that dialogue in the dream sequence.

you clearly haven't played that part. if you had, you'd know that Wrex never utters those lines. they're from the dream sequence AFTER Shepard kills Wrex on the Citadel. probably cut lines.

Most of the lines in the dream sequences were said by the characters at some earlier point in the games, that's why assumed that's the case with Wrex' lines as well. Seems like that's not the case though.

Seems appropriate, but have you actually heard these lines in your game? What dialogue options do you have to select to get them?

The video below purports to show all the possible options of that conversation, but the lines aren't in it.
