I think we have a winner.

It's not too bad on Dark Sphere detonating Awakened Collector, suboptimal but usable, but that's literally the only practical use I've ever found for the damn thing.

It's just too heavy for what is essentially an avenger XIX, every other kit would be better off with a humble mattock if a mid-weight AR is what you're after, and having only one kit out of sixty-odd have a practical reason to use it doesn't give you much chance of seeing one.

Actually, my VorSent carries one as his anti-guardian gun, but that's just because it looks good on him, the FE's do 99% of the work.

If the question is about good weapons:
I rarely see CSR, Raider, Sabre. To think about it, I forgot when have I seen PPR last time on anything but jugg (do PUGs know that it can actually oneclip bosses on a decent platforms?).
I rarely see graal and kishock being used even by hosting players.

never see the Kishock or Krysae to confirm what others have already mentioned.

it's odd, but I RARELY see pugs using the CSMG in my games either.

Aww man, I love the CSR and use it on my Drell Infiltrator.  That's how I unlocked Lone Wolf.  

As for other weapons I don't see, the Scimitar (debating whether to use this for Shotgun challenge), Krysae (once was popular) and Raptor (had fun playing with this gun).
