Crime Wave - Can't start Private Collections Pt.1

Apologies if this has been posted before, but I've been doing the Crime Wave quests with my Dalish rogue and now Slim won't give me the third mark in the Bann's estate. He says he's working on something, so I did a few quests (Nature of the Beast; Warden's Keep) but he still won't let me have the next quest. Is this a glitch? Or do I have to wait until the Landsmeet has started (I've only got Paragon of Her Kind left). Thanks for the help.

He'll give it to you after you've completed all five main quests. I'm not sure if it's before or after the Landsmeet.

You have to start the Landsmeet for the Private Collection pt 1 & Stealing Loghain's Crown sub-quests to be activated.
