All comes down to the moment. If I can save ya without dying or having to fight my way thru a pile of Brutes, sure. Even the Brutes might not be an object if I've got a missile ready. But if it's not lookin good, or ya keep falling over repeatedly, I'm not even gonna turn towards ya

I usually try and revive and will often put myself in a bad spot to do so. Except for today when everyone camped on the first of four devices. The spawns kept dropping next to the device so I had to wait until everyone ran out of gel or got stomped. Once I was solo I was able to kite and finish the devices. I made sure to revive as often as I could the rest of that game as their inexperience cost them all their gel and they weren't trying to be unhelpful - they just fell into that situation and didn't know how to break the loop.

It depends..my instincts will always have me wanting to revive everytime i hear "teammates needs help". If the situation is too dangerous then i just won't do it. If he has a few lesser enemies around him, i'll dive into the lot with my Phoenix or Slayer vanguard like a missle.

If he's surrounded by 2 or 3 phantoms?..i probably won't take that chance...i've taken out two before that was sitting right on top of a guy just waiting for somebody to try and save him (that scenario can be hit or miss sometimes tho....). Banshees and Praetorians/Scions/Primes?...naw he'll just have to sit out a round until i clear it or gel on his own when it's safe.

 I pretty much try to revive everyone I can, even if I have to stop shooting and run across the map. I try my best to judge the situation and if they're surrounded I'll either A) try to kite enemies so another teammate can revive them, I'll missile everything then revive them (hey, you have 6 of them, they're there to be used @ any time, not just to switch spawns into the way of the objective carrier ;-P), or C) if it's hopeless, well, I must stay alive and finish the mission so their sacrifice will not have been in vain. 

I have a hard time not trying to revive people, even if they suck. I always try to be a team player and I figure everyone deserves the chance to learn so if it's not going to cost the mission then I'll run wherever to revive them. I sucked too @ one point, as long as I can tell they're trying to benefit the team then they get the benefit from me. I figure it nothing else @ least they're taking 1/4 of the bullets that would otherwise be shot in my direction :innocent:

 PUG games: during drone and hack objective waves. Start reviving those who help with objective from wave 3 onward.
With friends: rarely. They revive themselves before I can get to them.

I revive teammates... unless doing so requires inevitable suicide.  I mean, that defeats the purpose.  Also, if we're hacking and you're on the other side of the map, you're SOL.  Tough luck, bro.

Oh, but... If playing as my krogan battlemaster, I will almost always revive everyone I can.  I can get to them quickly with the biotic charge, beat the **** out of whatever is on top of them with a krogan pimp hand, revive them and keep the enemy distracted while the teammate(s) get away.

No one gets left behind. I try to revive everyone, even willing to slap on a medigel transmitter in anticipation of suicide revives. I will drop the enemy I'm focused on and run across the map. I don't mind dying unless there's just two of us left and credits to be earned. I've been in matches where they give up on a "bad" player and refuse to revive them even if they're a few feet away. I'm not that good but I'd never abandon my homies. We all live or die together. :'(

So that's what the medi-gel transmitter is for.  I just always put it on my volus because I know I'm going to die at least once, and somebody's gonna try to revive me.

It strongly depends..i'd go some way to revive a fallen squadmate, but not at any cost

.. if he's constantly soloing on the other half of the map, I don't care
.. If he doesn't use equipment if necessary, I don't care
.. If he's in a killzone, I won't go in
.. if he let me bleed out before while standing just beside me, I won't revive the guy.
.. when he's not with us during missions like drone, hack etc.. I won't come

For friends and good player (who return the favor and do what's necessary), I'll run across the map and missle you out if necessary.

If I can revive someone without getting killed then I will . On rare occasions ill even clear a path with a rocket but not if they've been completely useless and are bleeds out every wave

Unless that person is dying 4 or 5 times a wave I will run through hell to save them.
