ok so i was forced to get refund for my dao game due to tech problems that were not fixable due to not being able to patch and such

can i get refunded for the points i bought or at least when i rebuy a cd ver of the game keep the same content i bought

All the content and points are associated with the Bioware Social Account. If you rebuy the game all the content you previously bought will be available to you again, and any left over points can be used to buy future content. You can see the content associated with your account on the Registered Game Promotions Page.
