 I've been replaying Origins and DA 2 lately as I've been getting more stoked for Inquistion.  But I came across something I've always wondered about.  

The map of the the Deep Roads;  is it birds eye view or crosscut?  I can't figure it out.

this may seem trivial but I'm good at trivial tasks (unlike our dear warden who likes the non trivial kind )

Good question. I always assumed bird's eye view, but I suppose that's because it's the normal way to look at a map. I did have it in my head that depth is not represented on it, though.

I could be wrong, of course...

For some reason I always thought it was crosscut. I haven't looked at it in a while though...

I would think its a birdseye view, if not there are some pretty steep drops otherwise.

Actually, on looking at it again I'm going to go for birdseye that totally ignores depth. You can pretty clearly see the bridge going over the Dead Trenches to the west.
