I see people camp Gold lately, and this meme is my reaction

I can understand new players camping to get a feel for the game. But you're never really going to improve until you get into the s**t and test your limits.

To be fair, the vast majority of pugs I have played with has been pretty decent. Still, there are moments (f.ex. when a pretty good group inexplicably starts dashing to the landing zone at the start of wave 11) that leave me bewildered.
