Marvel has become masters at making trailers.

Taking a little read comic title, even by more hardcore comic readers, and turning it into a movie that people will see a trailer for and want to go see... that's a work of art.

Any bets that Marvel making a comic book movie with a talking raccoon will wind up making more money than Fox's new Spider Man movie?

LOL I don't know... I was laughing pretty hard at that. I'm always a sucker for finger jokes, for some reason. 

I do think this will be the "Jude Apatow" of Marvel movies, though. Raunchy, humorous and much more irreverent.

Marvel is doing fine with these Avenger Teams movies.

This is a fun video game... not an easy game though. Some levels need some thinking to find a solution for certain areas. Almost all marvel superheroes and villains are in this game. I suggest you get it:

I liked the trailer although I am not 100% convinced that Guardians of the Galaxy will appeal to wide range of people, the humour in particular is a bit hit and miss. I really want this film to do well, Guardians of the Galaxy ( along with the New Warriors and X-Men ) was one the comics that helped me make the transition from casual comic book fan to hard core comic book collector in the early 1990's, I guess I will always have a soft spot for the brand name.
