I was wondering if would be possible to unlock all ME2 squadmates for the Armax Arena contest.

But so far, my initial analysis is not good.

It seems Ashley and Legion are mutually exclusive, by the time Ashley is added to the team, Legion is no longer available.


Can anyone confirm if it is possible to have both of them?

Legion is not available at all in the Armax Arena. He's actually the only squadmate who receives no mention of any kind in the course of Citadel.

I don't really see legion going to a party... though I guess I can see him going to a party thrown by shep.

Technically there is some overlap - Ashley is available during the Rannoch arc, so if you leave Rannoch before the end of that arc, both Ash and Legion are on-board the Normandy...

But, as dgcatanisiri says, Legion doesn't show up in the Citadel DLC, even if he's alive while you play it. No mention of him, and not available at the Arena. (A pity - going by Legion's LotSB video gaming, he'd probably 'enjoy' the Arena - or whatever his synthetic equivalent of enjoyment is.)

Why not? His robot dance would fit right in. Maybe he and EDI could dance together rather than that wet blanket Joker.

I am fine with Legion not being at the party for he is only available for such a short time and he will always be unavailable at the end of the set of missions he is in. Mordin isn't mentioned except for the datapad you find and something like that would have been nice for Legion.

So yeah for squadmates, Legion got nothing, Mordin got barely anything, and Thane got a little. Everyone else got a nice hunk of content. (However, it would have been cool if *everyone* involved, got to also be involved with the main storyline)

Okay then, it looks like I have no reason to replay the game again and try to set it up so Legion is at the party/Armax Arena.
