Hi I didn't know where to put this as mostly read only, but everytime I create my Shephard, the game crashes on the loading screen right before you wake up.

I have purchased 2 copies of the game now and does the same on both.

Any ideas please

Do you get any error messages when the crashes happen. Unless you are very unlucky its unlikely you bought 2 faulty copies of the game.
