Funny, my Maleshep is an Adept and Femshep is a Vanguard...StreetMagic wrote...
On a sidenote, my idea of Femshep and Maleshep fit certain classes (respectively).
M = Soldier, Vanguard
F = Infiltrator, Adept (I even like the specialty class name for Adept. Nemesis. Very feminine).
Engineer and Sentinel go either way for me.
I just can't play as femshep....

I am similar but I make all my engineers and sentinels female (I hate how males look in light armor in ME 1). Infiltrator will go either way.

Really? Maleshep was the least bulky of the human squadmates.DeinonSlayer wrote...
I'd say MaleShep was excessively bulky, and FemShep ought to have been more bulked up. Her Olive Oyl arms are kind of funny.

Whereas
Ashley=Femshep>Jack>Miranda
Yeah even Kaiden seems bulkier than maleshep not that male shep looks wimpy or anything, he has more of that lean mean build that is fairly common for soldiers IRL in my humble opinion.
I think females in general got thinner in ME 3.

Maleshep to me seems to have a basketball or swimmer's body. Michael Jordan or Michael Phelps.

I think the impression that Kaidan has more muscle mass is just coming from his bulkier armor.

BroShep and Kaidan share the same body model, just as Fem Shep shares a body model with Ashley. In another thread someone even posted that Kaidan and Male Shep share a mole in the exact same place on their backs. lol

All I know is what it says in the book. Maybe it is just referring to the armor though.
"Kaidan's armor in the original Mass Effect was hardly memorable. We wanted to change that. The team bulked him up to show that he's seen a lot of action and is ready to fight in the biggest war the galaxy has ever seen...."

On my six, ME1/ME2 Shepards I have:
BroShep: Soldier, Adept, Sentinel
FemShep: Infiltrator, Vanguard, Engineer
I always find it weird though to see FemShep Soldiers and BroShep Infiltrators/Engineers.

MaleShep: Infiltrator (Canon), Soldier (Jayne Cobb failshep)
FemShep: Engineer (secretly Cerberus), Vanguard (hyperaggressive Alliance apologist)
Never did a trilogy run as an Adept or Sentinel.

all of my runs were trilogy ones, why only play through one or two games when you have all 3, just feels more complete, well since I've been doing mehem that is.
usually I create my character personality from the background, then using the personality I pick my shepard's class.
---edit
my second femshep infiltrator even served with major kyle (the biotic compound founder in the me1 side mission), didn't even know till the mission came up. that was the second to last full playthrough, didn't even know it was possible.

I always did that kind of thing in reverse. Vanguard FemShep is reckless, brash, and in your face; while Infiltrator FemShep is withdrawn and keeps people at a distance. Soldier Shep is a boyscout.

for me, my female vanguard was reckless with her personal safety, somewhat impulsive, but near fanatically paragon, ok more like slightly angry paragon (ie: not quite paragrade or however people spell that).
where as one of my female infiltrator shepards was cautious, perceptive (kind of but not quite totally headcanon), and kind when possible, but she never left things to chance. the main difference between them was the fact that the vanguard was a spacer, and the "sniper" was a colony kid. they were both war heroes (I think, I'm fairly sure but not 100%).

My infiltrator was the closest I've played to pure renegade so far. Even him though, if you were crew, and he could help you, he did. But if you were 'outside,' at best you were an expendable asset. At worst, you were a thug to be killed on the way to a real problem. Didn't do Lair, because he thought Liara turned her back on him. Almost pulled the trigger on Ash, after romancing her in ME1, for all HER crap. (I still don't know how I did enough to get her to back down. Must have been the rep factor and a lucky roll). He was Earthborn/Ruthless. Somehow he got past his 'Reds' days. Maybe because of the loyalty Tali and Garrus showed him. But he was cold, calculating, and had no problem killing someone who didn't cooperate. Usually from a range they didn't see coming.Invisible Man wrote...
