I bought a copy of the Mass Effect Trilogy for the PS3 and inside I got all 3 discs. However when I tried to play ME2, it asks me to redeem a PSN promo code.
Do I need this to access the dlc that supposedly comes with the games, or does the dlc come with the disc?
There is room in the set for 3 discs and some papers for things like a promo code, however I opened the case without any.

There is no tech support on BSN for Mass Effect, not Self-Help, and never has been any official tech support for it here.
