There are studios that do "Dev Diaries" which are sneak peeks into features as well (Paradox does these) so people thinking that that is what they'll be aren't way out in left field.

Disclaimer: I don't actually know what we're showing in any dev diaries.

As per Allan Schumacher, Thedosian break dance battles to be revealed in DA:I dev diaries.

Semi-confirmed rumor.

I'll just leave this here.

CURSE YOU!!!! I WAS GONNA LINK TO THAT FIRST!!!!!
:pinched:

Edit: I have made a point of watching the Thriller half every Halloween.
:P

I'm a huge fan of Pampa's Brazilian Steakhouse, and there's a great place with some delicious german cuisine called Barb and Ernie's that I recently was introduced to that I love.

I love the rump steak Pampa's, and Barb and Ernie's has some really delicious bratwursts!

I am so asking you for restaurant recommendations when I move to Edmonton in a couple of months.

Hopefully they don't troll everyone and make the dev diaries about ACTUAL sausage making. That would be... unfortunate.

I'd watch it.  It would probably be funny, and I happen to make my own sausage with my industrial meat grinder.

Don't you have an industrial meat grinder?

I'm actually probably not the best person to ask.  For the most part i don't have an issue with restaurant chains and often go to them as well.

Though I'll definitely have references.  Another place I love, though, is a place called Syphay which serves I think Thai Cuisine.  I'm not usually into asian foods but this place was stellar.  Their soup especially!

Yes. It would be awesome to see how the other races play and how their animations differ.

A drinking game where they reveal new Inquisition info every time someone has a shot.  I can dream.   :)

  1. Choices and consequences
  2. The new dialogue system.
  3. Choices and consequences
  4. The multiple races and examples of how it affects the world
  5. Choices and consequences

I swear I'm forgetting something.

Oh yeah... Choices and consequences.

It's the hallmark of a good RPG. While you can't show details but I'll love to see more examples similar to the "burned-down" village after abandoning it thing in the PAX demo.

I'll be happy with any kind of new footage really. But a really cool thing that could happen is if there was a dev diary dedicated to all the new companions. I doubt it'll happen though.

I'd like to see their approaches to animation, character modelling, environment creation, etc. What's been challenging, what's been most fun... I don't want huge swathes of game info (nor do I think we'll get much) but I would love insights into why/how decisions are made, what the work is like, and lots of little details about the process.

A sneaky look at a new companion would be nice, but I think I'll enjoy watching regardless. :)

Wouldn't mind knowing what inspired them to take the direction that the Inquisition story line has.  It's not a criticism, DA has many paths, just wondered why this one.

I'd like to finally learn some more about exploration skills (and non-combat skill system in general). The devs couldn't talk much about that during Game Informer coverage because things were still in flux back then, but they must have some of it locked down by this point.

EDIT: This, of course applies only if these will be the kind diaries where they actually talk about specific features. If not, then I'll be fine with pretty much any kind of new footage.

Less about what 'inspired' them and more about the game itself. It is just needless filler that

avoids talking about the game itself. Even how certain things function would be preferable to

dancing around the mulberry bush.

  • Like: can I swim? Or I will I slam face-first into an invisible wall before I can get the tip of my booty wet?
  • Can I climb? Or will I be forever blocked from a passage because my Inquisitor cannot climb over a little wooden box that barely reaches the height of his/her knee?

But from what I've seen in other comments-what 'inspired' them will be exactly what we get.

So I think I will just skip them if they don't have in game bit's.

I'd like to see a new companion reveal, but if wishes were horses-

When Gaider and the word 'transformer's are involved-absolutely!
