I played about 140 hrs of Skyrim on Steam and Idk if I have another playthrough in me- that is the most I've played of another game during ME3 multi existence and the only other game I've even been interested in.
Also: I hate FPS. I used to play COD MW2 and Halo Reach multi and that's enough for me. It was fun while I was playing it but the level of douchebaggery in PvP FPS is sickening and disgusting to me.
It isn't just the game of ME3 keeping me playing it, it's my ME3 friends.

There is a timer before you can spawn your mech and once your mech is destroyed the timer starts over.Sulaco_7 wrote...
Are you guaranteed a mech during a match or only if you go on a killstreak (or some other score based mechanism)?
You can lower the timer by getting kills(don't need a killstreak).
Edit: There is also the "Last Titan Standing" game mode where you spawn in a mech and it's the only one you get for the round. As the name suggests, the team who runs out of mechs first loses.

Overpriced?
Last time I checked, it was priced like any other full-price game at 60 bucks local currency. So unless you try to make the point that all games are overpriced, I don't see where that comment would come from.
Or alternatively:
Going by that logic you shouldn't have bought Mass Effect 3.
Might be different pricing in the States but EU tax laws slightly skew digital downloads; they qualify as a good rather than a service so VAT is charged at the point of receipt - so any game released by a US company will have 20% added on in the UK (plus the original US taxation) just for being a digital version - which means it costs as much to download a game as it does to buy the physical version ... sometimes slightly more.
That being said, generally AAA PC games are about £35 - £40 on release ... Titanfall on Origin (Digital Deluxe edition) is £55 ... no box, no shiny artbooks, just the digital copy... that's what I meant by overpriced. EVERYTHING on Origin in the UK is a bit more expensive than buying it elsewhere (yet Steam manages parity with the physical versions... or to be much cheaper when there are sales on).
There are only 3 games I can remember paying more than £40 for in the last several years...
Starcraft 2 : Wings of Libery - limited edition boxed set with artbook and other goodies
Starcraft 2 : Heart of the Swarm - limited edition boxed set with artbook and other goodies
Gran Turismo 6 (granted PS3 games cost more than PC games) - 15th anniversary limited metalpack edition.
Edit: I've just double checked - the digital "deluxe" edition is no longer on Origin but the standard edition is £45 for either the download or physical version ... on Game or Amazon it's £35 so there it IS the "normal" price for a new game - Origin is not only a bit rubbish but for a store it's also a rip off.

Skyrim on console is like intercourse with condoms. Sure, you will have fun, but's never quite the real deal.

I lol @ your self imposed ignorance.. putting your head in the sand won't make Biower release it any sooner.
Take a risk.. buy a used or on sale game.. you might actually have fun.

I think what everyone is saying is that they'll continue to play it, not necessarily that it's all they'll play. @ least that's how I took it. However, if that is what they meant, I lol @ your idea that somehow b/c you think there are other games that are better than or equalled to ME3, that everyone else has to as well, otherwise they're "putting their head in the sand". I don't have the time to devote myself to 12 different titles, so I'm not disappointed @ all when I turn my system on and ME3 is the choice vs. anything else that's available. I imagine most other people are ok w/ it as well. Short-sighted assertion is short-sightedmegabeast37215 wrote...

I can't believe people will wait this long for the next Mass Effect and only play ME3 for 3 years straight with no other multiplayer to go to when you get bored of it. You can still be the loyal fan even if your playing different games.

Germany here. 60€, same as every oter game.
And a quick peak at Amazon.co.uk showed me 35 Pound/Sterling for the game, both physical and download code.
No one dictates you have to purchase the game on Origin.

This times a f@cking million. DS2 has some Demons souls flavour to it too, which has me even more excited.

Yeah, I just double-checked ... Amazon and Game its a "normal" price - just on Origin it's a rip off.
Still think I can live without it ... if I feel the need to stomp around in a giant titan I could just play Mechwarrior online ... that's Free to Play (probably Pay to Win but whatever)...
