They were suppose to be twins, Miranda and Oriana! What happened to Oriana's face! It bothers me more than Brynn's face, but they both scare me and I can't believe Jacob even went for Brynn. Anyways, back on topic, Oriana's face in Mass Effect 2 was Miranda's face without the hair, but in Mass Effect 3, it's like someone shot her face and gave her a new one. I think she's one of the Lazarus Project subjects that didn't get their face back....

Everything about Miranda has been genetically modified, Oriana is (what I assume) how Miranda looked before her transformations as they are genetically identical. That's where the 'Twin' thing ends. They don't look the same in any ME game we see them together in.
That being said, looking side by side pictures they do look different. From the pictures I've seen it looks like a combination of the different ways they did lighting and the fact Oriana's eyes look way smaller in ME3.

I thought Oriana was Miranda, genetically speaking?

Her face looked very very identical to Miranda's in ME2 when they show her face right on the screen, but in ME3 she just has a face code in replace of her original face. I believe they just copied and pasted Miranda's face onto Oriana's in ME2.N0rke wrote...

Miranda explains it herself, really -- they're only identical by their DNA, that doesn't mean their faces would be identical as well.
