I only take issue with Grave of the Fireflies. The others are terrible.TheClonesLegacy wrote...

Akira
Grave of the Fireflies
End of Evangelion (and really Evangelion in general)

I actually love those movies...
Especially Spirit of Vengeance.
Admittedly, yes they are good when the Ghost Rider is on screen.
Nic Cage is not his usual so-bad-it's-good actor self in these movies. That and a few blaring plot and logic holes (Especially the first one, second one was much better{by comparison}) makes them lack luster whenever it's not an action sequence.

What do you speak of. I have never heard about something like Dragonball Evolution.

Then the fact that you have never heard of it makes you one of the lucky ones. I will not tell you about it, only that you don't have to go through the same pain that me, and many others, have gone through.Neofelis Nebulosa wrote...

I've only seen the first one, but I actually felt the complete opposite. I was entertained whenever Nicolas Cage was onscreen, and incredibly bored during the parts with the actual Ghost Rider.Gravisanimi wrote...

Any movies that makes me want to put my head in an oven is a big no no.
In France , "serious" critics are fond of movies like that.
Anything that's depressing is supposed to be deep and poetic.Bonus point if any characters kills herself/himself at the end.

I'm entertained with both parts.
Especially in Spirit of Vengeance where it's obvious the filmmakers were just having a blast making it.
The freaking Highlander Christopher Lambert himself is in it too.
And speaking of wildly hated Comic book movies, I actually kinda like X-Men Origins Wolverine.
Is it as good as First Class or The Wolverine? No.
But still enjoyable.

It's supposed to make you sad because they're kids, but they aren't actual characters. They're what parents think kids are when they're being nostalgic.Reznore57 wrote...

I was more depressed when they killed off Brian on Family Guy.

Perhaps that's because my father loved Spider Man and didn't live to see the second and third ones which made me want to appreciate them for him.

I don't know if Spiderman is a loser in the comics too or not? But I find it funny this way!
I admit I watched this gross movie:

I've also watched like 30 minutes of Dragonball Evolution on TV. It was so anti-canon with bad actors (Master Roshi was the tolerable one) I changed the channel.

I haven't watched Batman and Robin for nearly 15 years. So I can't remember more than two or three scenes.
