While you did bring up 2 other good U/U/G and U/U/P characters, it seems like it's more personal opinion than anything, that said I'd still take the Adept in a Tech-team cause of tech-burst detonating throw.

I have to disagree with this point, Stasis basically affects the enemies WHO can dodge your powers and slow  bosses like Brutes won't probably dodge it either. Damn, I've never had issues with Hitting Geth with powers, but then again I play them a lot.

I can't comment on this cause I don't play the Justicar often but this dosen't sound good vs Geth were you don't get the Damage Reduction.

I still remember Zero132132's thread about making Asari Adept great on Gold and Plat by giving her a Talon X with Disruptor Ammo IV. That thread was pretty much both BSN and the Asari Adept in a nutshell.

Warp > Shoot, Shoot, Shoot > Throw > Shoot > Reload > Repeat

 

You don't even need to worry about reload cancelling because Warp does that for you with perfect timing.

 

And Stasis Bubble is great for Swarmers.  I like kits that have decisive Swarmer protocols.

I find the AA the most enjoyable with Incindiary Ammo, Bubble Stasis and light cooldown. Because Incindiary Ammo opens up more weapons you can use on her + allows more Stasis use. ie. Stasis to a few shots until mook is unshileded, to Throw for a fire explosions tagging any other mooks in range. Plus Stasis Bubble can keep on capturing more mooks too. ... Oh yeah, go bonus power on Stasis too. And Disrupted Ammo works too, just means no Incindiary glitching.... also on bosses you obviously can get both fire explosion followed by an instant biotic boom due to super fast cooldown of Throw.

Unless detonating Tech Combos upsets you, but I don't know why it would.

Try the Talon on her, she is just as great with it as the AA. Also, you can detonate tech combos with the warp bubble (it seems you know this), risky but highly rewarding. Last but not least, IMO she is just as much as a team player, if not better than the AA. The warp bubble primes, detonates and gives a debuff for all players, it is one of the best team orineted powers in the game. She is one of my favourite choices for plat pugs.

It is better than everygun in the game, unless on characters that have RoF/accuracy/sniper TC boosts.

I thought the same about the Justicar before I went fully for the offensive Bubble, and droped Assault Rifles.

The Commando is a great kit but I prefere the Justicar a tad because of her CQC-Focus.

 

But to be honest: The best thing to have is a Commando and a Justicar working together as a team...

A Commando and Valkyrie working together can be a sight to behold, too. Even better is keeping the Justicar in the mix with those two. A stasis bubble inside a warp bubble along with a Valkyrie and her AF is borderline cheating.
