What's the one song you want to be used for the eventual DAI trailers?

I thought Seven Devils was very effective for the Game of Thrones Season 2 trailer, seems like it captures the mood of the teaser footage pretty well.Florence + the Machine wrote...
Holy water cannot help you nowThousand armies couldn't keep me out
I don't want your money
I don't want your crown
See I've come to burn your kingdom down
...
Seven devils all around me!
Seven devils in my house!
See they were there when I woke up this morning
I'll be dead before the day is done
...
And now all your love will be exorcised
And we will find you saints to be canonized
And it's an even song
It's a melody
It's a battle cry
It's a symphony
Or if they used something by Alt-J, that'd be pretty great, too.

I logged in just to say if they did the trailer to that, I would preorder deluxe that instant.durasteel wrote...
Wait, I take it back.
They should use Johnny Cash -- God's Gonna Cut you Down.
Definately.
That, or anything by the Devil Makes Three.
I like Imagine Dragons, like most everyone who's been around lately... But I swear, I am so tired of that song in trailers. If we are getting an overplayed trailer-friendly song, here's my slightly less annoyingly folksy hipster choice. And more boring trailer song choice.

Good Man, Devour the Day. Course, the RED CHOICES brigade might resent the choice. Or the blue choices brigade, I guess, since it could go either way.
I'd pretty much only preorder Delux for Cash, though. I have my standards.

Personally, I feel the song "Radioactive" by Imagine Dragons would fit perfictly. It's theme is about revolution which is da's theme. What your opinion and what song do you want?
Can it be the version with Kendrick Lamar?

If it has to be something previously established, though? Maybe Trent Reznor's "Just Like You Imagined" would work. It's been coming up on seven years since the moviegoing public began regarding it as "that one song from the 300 trailers", so I think sufficient time has passed. Another seven years as "that one song from Dragon Age" would be welcome.

Mad World by Gary Jules. Man I love that song.

As awesome as all those songs are, do we really want DA to copy other movie/video game trailers? It'd be better to pick something new.

That song is awesomesauce. (Awesomesauce is a technical term).

I quite like it when fantasy worlds and pop culture/music intertwine. It's often surreal, especially when the songs are as epic as the ones mentioned above.

I also just want to hear the direction that DAI's music is going to take, since Inon Zur isn't scoring this time around.
The music from the Fires Above trailer was done by Jay Vincent, who isn't scoring the actual game. Trevor Morris is.

At some point there is nowhere else to run, and so the mage stops and turns to face his enemies. As he peers over the barbarian hordes trying to take his life, he ponders his life and likely end as this plays in the background.
it starts ponderous, as if accompanying the thoughts of a lonely God (fitting for a mage unlike the beastial savages that are warriors), and then he fights back as the music builds.
This is my fantasy trailer.
This was set to galactus facing celestials as well, but assume the celestials are thousands of lesser barbarian classes after the mage, and the lone mage, galactus tries to stop them.

The song I would like used the most is Broken Iris - We're Not Alone, I think it fits really well.
It would take..erm.. quite awhile to siphon through my 350+ fave songs to find more songs.

This. I enjoy Two Steps From Hell alot, but hearing their songs - and most of the time the same song - in every trailer does get a bit boring at a certain point.MevenSelas wrote...

For tragic moments, perhaps even the tragic nature of existence itself, I also like Lux Aeterna, used as the soundtrack for Requiem for a Dream.
