I cant find Meranda on the Normandy. I definatly have her she is available for partys when i leave the ship. But where is she hiding.
I know i must have missed her.

I'm not sure who this "Meranda" is (maybe Miranda's evil twin?), but Miranda Lawson is in Shep's old bedroom.

Who is this Meranda that you speak of? 
Anyway, you can find Miranda on the 3rd deck. Just go forward and to the left of the mess hall, you'll find her office.

Who's Meranda?
The only person I know of on Normandy with similiar name is Miranda and she's on the left side of the elevator near the kitchen.

According to urban dictionary, "meranda" is "A female, usually with excessive tattoos and a substance abuse problem. She will do anything to get her fix, including lying to and stealing from friends and family. A Meranda is an unusual case because she is intelligent but really messed up."
With that in mind, you can find Jack down in engineering, below the area where Tali/Gabbi/Ken hangs out.
