Strange, I thought I linked you to my older post, sorry!

I believe the behaviour of no images in signatures is by design - a small number of people managed to add them when the site first went up, but it was changed a few minutes later.
That's a shame. I really love Dragon Age and Mass Effect banners, which is all I ever had in my signature on old BSN. ![]()
For some reason when ever I click "quote" I'm unable to quote a comment from another user, anyone know how it works?
"Quote" should embed their text directly in the quick reply field at the bottom of the page, while "multi-quote" will create a prompt in the lower right that you can use once you have selected all of the posts you'd like to multply-quote.
I believe there is an issue with IE10 and quoting, but it should work correctly in other browsers such as Chrome.
It seems too outdated. BSN IMO had the best forum setup out of all the forums I have ever been too.
I very strongly disagree. BSN reeked of 90's-early 00's web design principles.
Not to be a weenie, but a lot of people said the same thing when the old old forums died and everyone went to BSN. I'm sure we'll get used to these before long.
I didn't jump shark from the BioBoards immediately after the BSN went up, they gave us time to transition and get used to the new features. Here we've been dunked into a pool of cold water and told to deal with it, no warning and with less features than before. Though I admittedly like the easy custom avatar set-up, the BSN seemed more... "complete". The feed, the groups, the polls, etc as well as having gif avatars--though admittedly this wasn't intended--made the forums fuller as a whole.
When we lost features on the BSN for the sake of a promised new "experience", I didn't expect the experience to be tearing down everything and blinding us with white. I mean, I had issues with the BSN as well--it's why the initial transition was so difficult--but least BSN had the aspect of gaining some new features to tinker around with.
is it just me or did this topic vanish from the off topic lobby?
Okay, I'm off. Hopefully my post count will be fixed sometime tomorrow, as well as all the groups I've lost, etc., etc.
Also one thing that's likely been discussed, but I'm noticing a vast disparity in post counts under member avatars.
I know I've made more than 2 or 3 posts, but my post count is super low right now. yet others have counts in the thousands, and it's as if their post counts haven't been reset since the change to the new format.
Honestly, I don't really care about it, because I've been online for long enough to know it doesn't matter at all, but I do find it to be interesting. I've been trying to mentally work out how exactly it's turned out like it has, but I'm at a loss.
Colors!
And now my personal favorite.
Yellow on White migraine inducing text!
Funny thing is using these was possible in the old site but now it's easier... and more annoying.
@Brian Mills, I've tried it and it didn't work.
oh it has been moved to support
The feed, the groups, the polls...
There is a feed in your profile page, if that's what you mean. Groups are coming back. Polls, I don't know, but they might be back.
I'd sacrifice any and all of the above features for the legitimate ignore tool we now have, as well as significantly revamped under-the-hood moderation tools Jessica Merizan alluded to on Reddit.
The worst thing is this blinding white...I'm here for 10 minutes and I'm already pissed.
Hi Drone223 -
IE10 has an issue with quotes unfortunately - it should work in other browsers, however.
So I've been going through everyone's profiles in an attempt to see if I'm missing anything, I seem to be missing a lot. Some profiles seem a lot different than others, listing people who've viewed the profile, etc. This isn't too bad, it's an interesting take on the profile thing considering how the forum profile viewing system worked on the BSN just increasing your view tally.
Thing is, some are filled to the brim listing games and such. Is this something which just hasn't been updated or do we need to do something to promote this?

Yeah, I'll admit I was expecting BSN 2.0 with a couple less features, that is certainly jarring. These are enhanced forums more than a social network, really. Still, I think the colors are something they should be able to fix before long. The lack of a feeds page is a bummer though.
Will this new forum have a 200 page lock limit like Bethesda's forum?

Dealt with it, it's under My Settings. Some of the features I thought would've been turned on by default are turned off. How odd.
Is this not a feeds page?
A fairly simplified one that is self-centered rather than focusing on your friend's list as a whole. I'm indifferent about seeing someone "liking" my post, I'm far more interested in seeing where the conversation is occurring throughout the forum on certain topics.
Remember to change your email settings folks, I just got a bunch of notifications for messages to my work email.

This.
I don't want the BSN version of twitter.
Where be my posts?
I'm curious to see how many posts I've put into BSN!
