I'm really hoping that they won't use Bioware Points for DAI. Origin has sales like every other online store, but never on Bioware's DLCs, thanks to this frankly unnecessary system.
I still have to buy the 2 DLCs for DA2 on PC, but I certainly won't pay so much for content that I already own on Xbox.

This is exactly how I feel. I bought all ME and DA DLC the day it launched on xbox for full price. I have since gotten rid of my xbox and want to buy this DLC again for my PC versions of the games, but I'm not willing to pay full price for content that I've already bought and is many years old.
