Anybody else been able to play Assassin's Creed IV multiplayer since it launched on PS4/XB1?

I STILL haven't been able to connect and play MP at all since November. Ubisoft claimed they released a patch to fix it but I still have the issue and they've done nothing to solve it.

**** pisses me off.

I've been able to play it on the PS4 a couple months ago.  Haven't tried lately though.

That took entirely too long...but better late than never! I might have to look into buying one when I get the cash.

I've got it on my Gamefly queue, but they sent Watch Dogs instead. Not that I'm complaining, mind you...

Watch Dogs is interesting so far... though driving is super clunky.

Yeah the driving is very arcady, takes a bit of getting used to especially coming off of GTA V's realistic driving.

The driving is okay. I think I'd hyped the game so much in my mind that there was no way any game could ever live up to those standards. It's really fun so far though. It's not a game changer or anything, but I like it a lot.

Also, Clara is super hot.

Yeah I'm having tons of fun with Watch Dogs too. So much stuff to do. I agree though the driving is clunky, but if I play Watch Dogs for an extended period I get used to it.

Had someone last night invade my world and tried hacking me. I made his car go boom :D

I'd put more time into it, but my brother rented Wolfenstein from a local video shop, so I kinda want to get that squared away before I dive into Watch Dogs completely.

I forgot how frustrating the Souls games can be... and it's way to explore combat die retrace die retrace die short vague story bits rinse and repeat for my tastes.  I start wondering the reason why I am repeatedly dying after a couple of hours of it.  At least it was free and I can just say that it really isn't my thing.

Though I want to try the co op aspects but it's completely broken right now for some reason :P

I downloaded Dark Souls bc it's free, but I doubt I'll ever play it. Hard games just frustrate me too much.

In other news, has anyone else been watching the new Showtime show Penny Dreadful? It weaves a bunch of Victorian London horror stories like Dracula and Frankenstein and Dorian Gray together in a really cool and fresh way. I really love it. Plus, Eva Green, Billie Piper and Timothy Dalton are in it and they're all pretty amazing. I highly recommend it.

You two are breaking my heart...

Anyway...no, I haven't watched Penny Dreadful yet, but it's on my list! Just finished House of Cards, and am near done with Orange is the New Black (Laura Prepon = very yes). It's next on the chopping block though.

Side note: I really am having a hard time getting into Watch Dogs, maybe it's because it looks like a GTA game but is supposed to be played like Assassin's Creed. The mixed messages are probably throwing me off. Also I don't like Aiden too much.

Well, part of the problem is its prepatch vanilla and they are having issues with uploading it and having online play available... so it's much tougher and grindy than if you played it recently and I can't coop with anyone :(

As for watchdogs... I like it but I find I get distracted by the side content a lot.  Haven't beaten it, but I get a kick out of luring people with hacks and then blowing them up.

Meg: I have it in my queu but I rarely watch anything live anymore and wait til I can binge about 4 episodes or so at a time.  Just one hour a week for me is tough. I ge all "I want to see what happens already damn it!!!!!!!".  Heard some good things about it though so looking foward to my first binge session with it :P

Has anyone played Murdered: Soul Suspect at all? I just started it and it's been mostly cutscenes so far, but it looks really good on the PS4. And so far it's holding my interest more than Watch Dogs (which I still haven't finished). Sadly, the new season of Orange is the New Black came out today so I doubt I'll play much more of it today. It seems cool so far though.

Waiting for reviews and a price drop... that DA:I Inquisitor's Edition took a lot of my gaming money up :P

And I find Watch Dogs weird... I love the content and the gameplay, save the driving, but the main story isn't anywhere near as engaging as it could be.  That is probably because it isn't as much about an organisation dedicated to stopping crime or a small group like Person of Interest and mostly just one guy on a vengeance kick.  Not quite what I thought it would be about so it's just taking me a little to get into the story.  Love love love hacking though.  Hopefully the second game has intense polish like AC to ACII had.

I haven't heard good things about Soul Suspect from the media, however one of my friends loved it, so there's that. I might pick it up from Gamefly when I manage to beat Watch Dogs.

@Kab: The only thing I'm enjoying about Watch Dogs so far is the story, I feel that all the side content is the same and gets old fast. The story isn't the best, but at least it gives me something semi-interesting to do.

I've enjoyed the gang hideout and convoy missions a lot.

Also, I think I found a great farming spot in Dark Souls... must test this hypothesis!

I'm actually really surprised by Soul Suspect. The story is really cool and sucked me in right away. The gameplay is really unique and fun too. I really recommend it for anyone on the fence.

Level. Level like it's going out of style. That, or try to farm titanite shards and reinforce your gear. Or both.
