Aside from custom avatar availability and better posting options, I'm not impressed. It has no depth compared to the Old BSN. It's just a flat transparent forum, though I guess that's what they want in reality.

I have one request that I like changed.

There is a like button but there is no dislike button so I do not think that this is fair and ask for a dislike button to be included.

 

Edit: Sorry I have another request.

I like the "Back to top" button and ask that a "Down to bottom" button be included at top of page if possible..

Really? Most folk would say the old forum was out of date the day it opened and, in the years since, looked way out of touch with the rest of the Net.

They're a tracking system for forum rule violations. Points are handed out by mods and admins as a result of violating the rules. Only you and moderators/admins can see yours.

Hate the white, it's a real pain in the eyes. Hopefully, we'll get the opton to change some skins and not just the background image. Seriously, white needs an alternative.

That "I" and "L" problem is major balls annoying. Evrythin else looks better than thee old one back in the day. This s a much needed update imo.

Wow. I am very impressed with the new Bioware Forums. I was expecting some slight changes but I wasn't expecting this, everything looks so clean. We now have a multi quote button and it is a lot easier for posters to upload custom avatars. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You. I am so happy now, I cam't wait to explore the new forums.

Finding new features every day, really digging it. Only major complaint is the lag between clicking a link and waiting on a page to load but I'm sure there's a few kinks left to iron out.

Joking aside, I actually like these new changes on BSN (or is it BF now?). Haven't explored everything just yet, but overall I'm digging the new style.

 In complete honesty, this is my main problem with this forum.

Basically translates to something like:

-Stop messing with each other, we mean it this time and will take action

-Keep on topic to Bioware product related things, but we still have the Off Topic section if you really can't help it

-You'll have your Groups but cliques organizing in dysfunctional social ways doesn't help anyone

-We need this forum to be welcome not just for gamers, but for developers to feel they can safely chime in and add to a conversation

-The Bioware brand needs to move forward into positivity, and this renewal of the forum is one step towards that

 

More or less? I'd take any corrections.
