I'm almost done with finals. I've been thinking of picking up where I left off (I'm not very far), but I've been dying to replay Mass Effect. I think I will do that first, then see how I feel.

Part of me is holding out hope for Dragon Age DLC that brings in a third m/m romance option that can breathe life back into the game for me.

I wouldn't hold out for a new romance. I mean, the only DA DLC romance was Sebastian right?

 

He wasn't worth much.

oh wait there is, but it's only 2 abilities, one you get automaticly and the other is passive

 

but i do highly doubt they'll make a DLC character that's M/M romance, if they were to do so, imo it would be F/M (female DLC member) considering as a male inq, we're screwed

Empress Celine rules Orlais with Briana by her side. Gaspard was executed.
The Gray Wardens are rebuilding, Thom Rainier (Blackwall) was sentenced to join them for real.
Cullen is no longer taking lyrium.
Iron Bull is a Tal-Vashoth.

Cassandra is rebuilding the Seekers of Truth.

Cole became more human.

Varric is writing a book.

Sera is hanging out at Skyhold, I guess?
Dorian is going back to Tevinter, so I assume we are breaking up, which I'm fine with.

Morrigan drank from the Well of Sorrows then ended up regretting it.

Vivienne was nice to me for a brief moment, but went back to hating me after I let Morrigan drink.
Solas did his thing that I assume he does at the end of everyone's game.
Josephine threw us a party.

I think I ended up ruling Orlais, though. It was totally on accident.


Man, it took me forever to decide what Morrigan should do. She's my favorite LI from any Bioware game. I hate to admit it, but I looked up the outcomes to see which ended best for her.

 

What'd you think overall?

It's pretty good. Don't think I will replay it, but I'll probably buy the next Dragon Age.

I asked my companions what they thought, and it was unanimous that Morrigan takes the risk instead of my Inquisitor. My Inquisitor wasn't particularly interested in gaining power for himself, especially power he doesn't understand. Besides, Morrigan really wanted to drink. After seeing what it does, I'm happy with that decision.

I'm a little disappointed that I couldn't choose to dissolve the Inquisition after we killed Corypheus, or at least resign as Inquisitor. My Inquisitor pushed hard against the idea that he was the Herald of Andraste, and was pretty open about not believing in the Maker. He never wanted to be a religious figure, but it seems he's stuck in that position for the rest of his life.

I'm debating whether or not to get the Trespasser DLC. The other two didn't interest me so much, but this one seems to have a more relevant story. Has anyone played it?

I haven't played it either, but I'm thinking about getting it too. There seems to be a lot of people talking about it.

I've played it. Just finished. I think it's worth seeing. Somewhat 'Citadel'-ish (and not in a good sense), but it does give the so much needed closure to the game. Plenty of banters and character interactions\commenst. Some are questionable, but some are really nice. Also- bitter-sweet and beautiful.  Know that combat is tough, though. It says 20+, but I'd recommend 22-23. I've been squashed by a pair of 26 revenants once.

The announce was like a week before, combined with the early leak of the Spanish trailer.

 

The more I think of it - the more I think it's a good one. With some extremely hilarious moments and, may be, couple of huge 'WTF?!'-s, but still a really-really good one. Unlike the Citadel I actually want to replay it on my upcoming PTs.

Me neither. The circumstances around his disappearance didn't look good for him. I'm glad that he's okay.
