Im from Newport, South Wales in the UK and living here now. I am from a millitary family though so i have grown up all over the place, including south London (UK), Balleykelly (Northern Ireland), Episkopi (Cyprus) Berlin (Germany) Aldershot (South UK) Telford (North UK) Wrexham (North Wales) and many more but i cant remember as i was so young at the time.


So people where are you all from?

I live in northern Massachusetts. Im from Dallas Texas, ive lived all over texas, two towns in Michigan, and now Mass. Im going to be living in NY next year when I go to Union College.

I live in the city of Ajman, which is a pretty run-down third-world settlement in contrast to the city it is situated near.

I'll leave you to speculate where on Earth Ajman might be.

I'm from a military family too, so it's a bit hard to pin down exactly where I'm "from". Never had the luxury of staying in one place for too long while growing up.



Where I live, however, is easier to pinpoint. I've been living in Dundee, Scotland for a few years now, though it feels weird to be familiar with my surroundings. I feel like I should have moved elsewhere already.

Ajman is the capital of Ajman, funnily enough, which is an insignificant emirate/county/state in the United Arab Emirates.

I live in mid-o-nothing, Europe, OR according to Wikipedia, Slovenia, a small country in central Europe, in one of the northernmost points of the Balkan peninsula. The city I am living is Izola, an old small city by the sea, in fact one of the 3 cities by the sea. Apart from this? I go to the university in a nearby Italian city, Trieste. I have both Slovene and Italian citizenship so I have full rights in both countries (MAYBE a bit smaller rights in Slovenia, since I basically am a... deserter... ups  )

Yeah Not the easiest way to grow up,but atleast we see some fantastic places and meet new people all the time.

You can say that again.  The discipline at home doesn't make it any easier - my father was a harder taskmaster than any Drill Sergeant.  Though it does bring you closer to your family as they're the only constants you have.
