Glad to play with any Bronzies still doing ME3, although I'm coming off a nine-month hiatus and have all the grace and killing efficiency of a newborn giraffe.  Also, my gaming time is now entirely contingent on the whims of my 6-month-old son, and he is not a benevolent dictator.  I try to squeeze in a few hours/week, during the evenings (US Pacific time, GMT -8).

Wow, pk. I didn't realize it had been that long. While we're getting these ecks bawks confessions out in the open, I haven't played ME on the ecks bawks in a year. One of the last times I played was the day the last DLC dropped and Darth (d) and I ended up playing for like six hours or something.

Thanks, twiff!  I always had a lot of respect for parents, but now even more.  It's great, but not easy.  Enjoying the time with the infant, but I am looking forward to the time when I can do fun things with him, like Minecraft!

Congratz with your son! There are many great moments ahead of you although it can be rough at times (I am a father of 3 myself) :-)

 

Due to family life & fulltime job, I do not play that much (an average of 3-4 hrs a week, mostly 1-2 games at a time if I get an hour to spare). Play whenever I can though and ME3 MP is the only game i play as I still find it awesome!!

 

Anybody feel free to add me if you feel like. GT is BioticPulse, and If Im online & available, I'm happy to play with anyone on any level (just don't expect great carrying skillz on gold & especially on plat lol) :-)

The cool thing about playing with this group is that we don't care about things like carrying skillz.  Actually, we don't care about skillz at all...a wave 3 wipeout is fine and dandy as long as there are SHENANIGANS and fun to be had!  Just sent a FR, although I have people from Europe on my list and rarely get to play with them due to time zones and schedules.  But if you ever see me on, I'd be happy to run a game or two.

 

And thanks for the words of congratulations.  It's good to know that even with 3 kids, one can find time for video games and fun stuff.  All the best to you and yours!

Hi Guys

 

GT is OhanaDaddy, US Eastern time but work from home so liable to pop up online all kinds of hours.  Can carry a silver on a good day but need to be teamed with some skilled others to extract on Gold though i can hold my own despite my terrible aim lol.

 

Looking to play some Golds with guys who can talk me through the finer points of spawning and other tactics, to take it to next level.

 

Only just started playing with the headset on, so much easier when ppl can just tell me to get the f*ck out of the way, or explain what the heck they're doing over there.....

 

You can usually find me demonstrating ably that a Geth Juggernaut is not actually indestructible, or Turian Ghost-ing with my trusty Cerberus Harrier X which I still have no idea how I got and am certainly not worthy of.

 

Oh and we have seven kids, if we're counting, although the youngest is 12 now.

OhanaDaddy, FR sent.  I'm a pretty regular Gold player, although I'm probably not the one to ask about tactics and such.  You're more than welcome to pick my brain for any useful detritus that might be floating around in there.  A lot of what I do was just learned through failure (a lot) and watching random teammates fail (a lot more.)  I don't have a headset at the moment, but I'll probably pick one up in the next few weeks.

Headsets, yeah, an amazing thing.  Used to hate it when folks were chatting away during a match, but increasingly find it a necessary evil when trying to figure out what people are doing.  Recently playing a Geth Juggernaut vs Geth, and some guy keeps running up and meleeing me between waves!  I'm like "what the heck?" so I put the headset on and so did he and it turns out he's chasing an achievement and getting frustrated because Juggernauts keep "stealing" the Primes!  And I thought I was helping!  So after that I did crowd control for him while he was nailing the primes and everybody was happy.  Teamwork - what a concept!
