Am I the only one whom has a funny feeling about Cerberus Corperation? In the first game you went on several side missions that involved them doing something illegal, in which case you stopped them and killed several of their researchers and mercs. In the 2nd game, Martin Sheen, I MEAN, The Illusive Man (lol) the CEO of Cerberus brings you back to life because you are the only hope to save the galaxy from the collectors threat? I feel a BioWare twist in there that The Illusive Man is gonna be the main bad guy (turn on you mid game) and be the final bad guy in the Mass Effect universe (last boss in Mass Effect 3) does anyone else have this strange feeling or...am I smoking to much weed?
Funny feeling

The cerberus group is pro human. With the plot line of ME2, one can assume it is more of an "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" sort of arrangement. Cerberus would gain nothing but a powerful enemy by turning on Shepard.
The primary villain of the trilogy are the Reapers...bioware said that somewhere.

I think the pot's made you a bit paranoid...
At a guess, I'd say that and this is completely without proof...
TIM only resurrects you and gives you the Normandy SR-2 AND that suspicious wench Miranda (Every trailer, Video and clip I've seen, In which she is shown, She's got this suspicious demeanor about her), Is because he doesn't want to be "collected" any more than the rest of humanity and that he's just as xenophobic as Ashley, So he wouldn't even consider approaching the council for any reason, So instead, He approaches the one human he knows, Will get the job done, Even if it means forfeiting his life in the process, Which, Of course, Wouldn't be a bad thing for TIM either, As Shepherd was a constant thorn in his side in ME1, What with the killing of his employees/destruction of his company's experiments.
So really, It's a win-win for him.

Is Cerberus going to turn on Shepard at some point? I think so.
Is TIM the main villain of the trilogy? I sure hope not.

I was hoping for something deeper then The Reapers or Collectors, just seen to much of that kind of stuff in video games, was hoping for a BioWare twist of sorts where Ceberus is the main villians and Reapers and Collectors are just a side force there to annoy and bother.

No, really, that's just too plain. The main quest is pretty straightforward as far as I can tell, and I'm glad it's like that. Stopping the cycle will definitely involve going up against the Reapers (perhaps not in person, but still)...
That said, him turning on Shepard, well... it's only a matter of time before they have disagreements.

Might just be my hate of Martin Sheen lol, I don't like the guy and with him doing The Illusive Man's voice makes me think he is gonna snap and go ape****.
